Interactions ad hoc and custom reports re-creation

In the current version all Interactions and Analytics reports are based on the SSRS platform, and no longer based on the BusinessObjects (BO) platform. As a result, reports that exist in earlier versions (prior to V15.1) must be re-created in SSRS in the current version. This procedure applies to both ad hoc and custom reports.

The reports re-creation can be done before or after the system migration:

In both cases, after system migration, the reports must be redeployed in the WFO Reports application and assign them to the relevant roles.
