Re-create a report

For Ad Hoc reports recreation, access the Report Builder and create your existing BO Ad Hoc reports in SSRS. Once the reports are created, they are saved on the network.

For custom reports recreation, see Workforce Optimization Report Deployment Kit (RDK).

Procedure

Go to the server hosting the SSRS you installed at the customer site, and access the Reporting Services Configuration Manager application.
Select Reports Manager URL.
Click the URLs link.

Verify that the link opens in Internet Explorer.
Click Report Builder.
From the Report Builder left pane, right-click Data Sources, and click Add Data Source.
Select the relevant Model to use for creating your report, and click OK.
Right-click DataSets, and click Add Datasets.
Select Use a dataset embedded in my report.
From Data source list, select the Data Source you created. Click Query Designer.

If no data is displayed in your report, access Windows Computer Management application. Using this application, add a user that exists in your current BO application and that has visibility to the data you are trying to access.
