Deploy an ad hoc report (on-premises deployments)

Deploy a report to WFO Reports to manage your report in the same way as the system predefined reports. The report is published and displayed under the topic that you choose. If needed, you can undeploy a report to remove it from the system.

Before you begin 

Verify that the following files exist for the report you are deploying:

• SSRS report file: This file has an extension of .rdl.

• Report parameters file: This xml file provides the definition of your report parameters.

• Report localization file: This xml file provides the definition of each language supported by the report.

Procedure 

1. Go to Reports. Under Setup, select Deployment.

2. From Reports Selection pane on the left, select the report topic (category) for the report.

3. To select the files for the Report Filename, the Report Prompt Filename, and the Report localization Filename, do the following for each file:

   1. Click Choose File.

   2. Browse to locate the file.

   3. Select the file.

4. Click Deploy.
