Configuring Verint capture

To integrate an Amazon Connect contact center and Verint Recorder, configure Amazon Connect, the Recorder Integration Service (RIS), and Interaction Capture. Although Verint and Amazon Connect can run on the same cloud, this guide assumes that the customer deployed and manages Amazon Connect in their own AWS cloud and Verint Recorder runs on a separate AWS cloud.
