Validate External Cloud Recording Configuration

After Verint Services deploys the External Cloud Recorder into your cloud environment, you can validate its configuration. The External Cloud Recorder efficiently ingests and manages call recordings in the cloud, ensuring secure storage and access to audio interactions. This server role is exclusively designed for cloud environments.

The External Cloud Recording Configuration server role is currently being rolled out to cloud customers. It may not be available in your site just yet.

This feature requires the "2021R1- Cloud Configuration" and "2021R1 - Data Marking API for External Recorder" licenses. For more information, contact Verint Services.
