Recording through CUCM and CUBE Integrated

To record agent interactions using CUCM-Network Based Recording with CUBE, you require the following release combinations:

• UCM 10.5(2) or UCM 11.0 and beyond

• Cisco IOS Gateway versions as follows:

  • UCM-based Network-Based Recording (NBR), 2-gateway configuration is supported with IOS 15.3(3)M3 / IOS XE 3.10S and above.

  • UCM-based NBR, single-gateway configuration, that allows media forking for calls controlled by CVP Survivability Tool Command Language (TCL) script with Cisco Unified Communication Services API.

• IOS 15.6(1)T1 / IOS XE 3.17S and above.

UCM must be connected directly (no SIP proxy servers) to either a voice gateway or a CUBE using SIP. The router platform must support the UC Services Interface (this is not supported for H.323 calls).
