Requirements for capture from Cisco Webex Calling

Refer to the following requirements when planning and preparing for the recording solution for the Cisco Webex Calling.

Verint Recorders

Audio downloaded from the Cisco Webex Calling is ingested as G.711 mono; so the Verint Recorder system must be sized appropriately.

Cisco Webex Calling Platform

Cisco Webex Calling must be configured to record calls.

Verint must be a registered and authorized Webex app.

Agent desktop

For Verint to capture screen and audio, a Agent must:

  • Be signed into their account for Cisco Webex Calling.

  • Have the Cisco Webex Calling App installed and open.

  • Have the Verint Desktop app installed and running

  • Have the required firewall ports open on their computer
