Available interaction types for Cisco Webex Calling

The Verint Recorder can capture interactions from Cisco Webex Calling and the agent's screen activity.

The following image shows a search result in the Interactions module.

  1. The Interaction Type column indicates that an audio interaction was captured.

  2. The Media Type column indicates that the interaction contains audio and screen.
