Collection attributes

The Collections Attributes widget displays the attributes of a selected Collection. The attributes are defined in DPA. Some of the attributes are user-defined and some are system defined. If any of the Collection Attributes (user-defined) are defined by using a trigger variable, the variable value is listed in the attribute table.

Collection Attributes

Name	User / System Defined	Description
Description	User-defined	A string type property which is defined in a DPA trigger command.
Start Time	System-defined	The time stamp for when the Collection was created. This is the time stamp of when the trigger fired, not when the trigger manager created the trigger.
Last Update	System-defined	The last time a Contribution was made to the Collection or an attribute was updated for the Collection. This time stamp is from when the trigger fired.
Status	User-defined	A string type property which is defined in a DPA trigger command.
Completed	System-defined	Indicates if the Collection is closed. True - The Collection is closed False - The Collection is still open
Evaluated	System-defined	Indicates if the employees who contributed to the Collection have been evaluated. Yes - All of the employees who contributed to this Collection were evaluated. Partial- Some of the employees who contributed to this Collection were evaluated. No - none of the employees who contributed to this Collection were evaluated.
Value	User-defined	An integer type property that is defined in the DPA trigger command.
Type	User-defined	A string type property that is defined in a DPA trigger command.
