Create a Web Survey Application administrator account
Web Survey Application Administrator account requirements
As part of the configuration required for integration with the Web Survey Application, a administrator account must be set up in the Web Survey Application for use with Customer Feedback. For this integration, there are two unique requirements for this account. The following table describes these requirements:

User Time Zone |
Time zone setting must be GMT - Coordinated Universal Time; otherwise, the ETL (survey data exchange) will fail. |

User Work Group |
Can be a member of only one Web Survey Application workgroup; otherwise, the integration between the two systems is unreliable. |
This Web Survey Application administrator account user name and password must be entered on the Customer Feedback Settings page, under the Web Survey Application Integration section.
