Web Survey Application Administrator account requirements

As part of the configuration required for integration with the Web Survey Application, a administrator account must be set up in the Web Survey Application for use with Customer Feedback. For this integration, there are two unique requirements for this account. The following table describes these requirements:

This Web Survey Application administrator account user name and password must be entered on the Customer Feedback Settings page, under the Web Survey Application Integration section.

If this is a multi-tenant deployment, a separate Web Survey Application account is needed for each tenant that will use this integration.

Other Web Survey Application system settings are required for the initial setup of the integration. For more information, see Settings: All Customer Feedback Settings page description.
