Add the Customer Feedback to Quality Monitoring Package

  1. Click Integration Management > Integration Server > Integration Servers.

  2. Select the Integration Server with the Framework Data Warehouse server role, and then click Edit Configuration.

  3. Select the top-most node in the tree located on the left pane.

  4. Select the Workflow tab.

  5. In the list of Available Packages, select the following package:

    Customer Feedback - Export Survey Result to QM

  6. Move the selected package to the Selected Packages list by clicking the right arrow button.

  7. Click Save.

    The package required for integration between Customer Feedback and the current version of Quality Monitoring is added to the list of packages available on the Integration Server in the left pane.
