Import surveys into Quality Monitoring Form Designer
After exporting the survey from the Customer Feedback system, you then import the survey as an evaluation form into Form Designer. As with the survey export, it is essential that you do not change the name of the evaluation form created by the import.
After you have imported a specific survey as an evaluation form, the integration adapter automatically translates any results for that survey into an agent evaluation. The QM Web Admin Login user must be able to access these evaluation forms. This user is entered on the Customer Feedback Settings page.
