Organization

This parameter specifies which organization and/or a specific employee to use in a report.

The Organization parameter is restricted to roles with the following Feedback Results privilege: Organization and Employee Selection.

• When a user’s role has this privilege and selects an organization, all other report parameters (such as surveys, questions, business objectives, transactions) are based on the employees in the organization during the report date range.

• When a user’s role does not have this privilege, this parameter is not available and all other report parameters (such as surveys, questions, business objectives, transactions) are based on the employee’s organization.

When used in a report’s parameter page, this parameter is available in one of two forms: by itself or as part of the Employee Selection group of parameters.

Options:

• the user’s own organization (Default)

• another organization available to the user (For an organization to be available for selection, it must be assigned to a role with the Organization and User Selection privilege.)

• select a specific employee from an organization (Only available when the Organization parameter is part of the Employee Selection parameter)
