Overview of Feedback Results privileges
The Customer Feedback, Feedback Results privileges granted to an employee’s role by the system administrator determines which reports can be run and what data is in these reports.

The following two privileges control which reports an employee’s role can run. When you access Feedback Results, these privileges control the reports that are available in the left pane. |

Reports - All Users |
Report user can run seven of the 17 reports that are not considered management reports. |
Report user can run all 17 reports. |

The following two privileges control what data an employee’s role can have in the reports they can run. When you access Feedback Results, these privileges control whether specific report parameters are available in the right pane. (In general, parameters can vary based on the report.) |

Run Reports for Self |
Reports are limited to the employee’s own data. All report parameters (surveys, questions, business objectives, transactions, and so on) are based on the employee’s organization. Parameters for selecting an organization and/or employee(s) are not available. |
Reports can include data about other organizations and employees. Based on the report topic, organization and/or employee(s) parameters are available. When these parameters are used, all other report parameters (surveys, questions, business objectives, transactions, and so on) are based on this selection. |
