Overview of Feedback Results privileges

The Customer Feedback, Feedback Results privileges granted to an employee’s role by the system administrator determines which reports can be run and what data is in these reports.

Feedback Results Privilege

Description

Report user can run seven of the 17 reports that are not considered management reports.

Reports are limited to the employee’s own data. All report parameters (surveys, questions, business objectives, transactions, and so on) are based on the employee’s organization. Parameters for selecting an organization and/or employee(s) are not available.
