Counts and number of responses on reports

Each report that includes counts or numbers of responses provides an indicator that describes the volume of data used to calculate the score.

The display of a specific indicator to a specific volume of data points is globally defined in Customer Feedback. Click System Management > Customer Feedback > Settings and see the Reporting section. You determine the volume of data considered insufficient for analysis, indicative of a trend, or significantly conclusive. Usually, this feature is only available to users with the system role of Administrator.

Refer to the legend at the bottom of the report page to see the meaning of each indicator.

The following indicators are used:

  • Need more data: An insufficient volume of data may have been collected for a meaningful analysis of the results.

  • Indicative: A sufficient volume of data may have been collected to suggest a performance trend, but the trend is not conclusive.

  • Significant: A sufficient volume of data may have been collected that indicates a conclusive performance trend.
