Genesys Chat recording solution
Genesys Chat and Genesys Interaction Server are components of Genesys' omnichannel solution. Genesys Chat is available in both the Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Engage platforms. When Genesys Chat is integrated with the Verint recording solution, the Verint Interaction Capture component obtains and records interaction data. A full transcript of each interaction is created, tagged with the relevant metadata, and associated with an employee. Chat interactions are then available for search and review in Verint applications.
