Add employees to the data source for BYOC Genesys Cloud CX

In Verint User Management, create an employee for each person (agent) that you want to capture. Then, associate the employee to the capture profile.

Procedure 

1. Click User Management.

2. Under Employees, click Profiles.

3. Click Create. Add the employees that you want to record. Beside the name of the data source created earlier, set the Employee ID. The Employee ID is the username of the Genesys Cloud CX agent’s credentials. For example, Verint_User@SomeCompany.com.

4. Click Save.
