Use case 2: Audio and Verint screen interaction

This example uses a captured desktop interaction to show how original content files can be uploaded to another system. The internal identifiers (agent_id, switch_id, organization_id) must be updated to the new system. You can look up the values from the pbx_login_id or get the ids from the system and update them with the correct values.

To complete the ingestion process, the wav (part 1) and scn (part 2) must be uploaded following this metadata POST.
