Update KMC certificates on the upgraded RSA KMS

After you have upgraded the RSA KMS, you are ready to add support for updated KMC certificates.

Procedure

Import the KMC CA certificates on each RSA KMS

Import the KMC CA certificate into the Windows Trusted Root Certificate Authority store.
Import the KMC client certificate to the client identity.
1. In the Data Protection Manager Administration Console, click Identity Management > Identities.
2. Under the Identity column, click on the client identity you want to update. For example, KMSClient.
3. Under Authentication > Certificates > Upload new certificate, click Browse.
4. Locate and select the KMC client certificate file named <KMS_media_folder>\<KMCerts>\I360KMClientCert.pem file.
5. Click Add.
