Import the recorder configuration

Import the recorder configuration backup that was exported using the Recorder Manager.

Procedure 

1. Open the Recorder Manager by browsing to System Management > Enterprise > Settings and click Launch.

2. In the Recorder Manager, select System Management > Import.

3. Confirm that the System Name and Serial Number is the recorder you want to back up.

4. Click Browse, then go to the location of the backup configuration zip file.

5. Select the file and click Open.

6. Click Upload and then click Import.

7. Replace the TLS server certificate.

   Generate or copy the server certificate with the correct host name of the recorder server and reinstall the certificate. If the new server name is not changed to the old recorder server, then the certificate should be with the new name. This is to override the server certificate that was restored when importing the recorder configuration.

8. Restart the recorder.
