Performance widget

Use the Performance widget to view performance data based on the selected time period, employees, organizations, Objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). It is also based on Extensible Dimension Types (EDTs) and Extensible Dimension Members (EDMs).

The options available in the Performance Widget vary depending on your role and permissions.

Managers access the Performance Widget from Explore Performance
Employees access the My Performance widget from My Performance.

Use the KPI selector to view and select KPIs, EDTs, and EDMs. Use the Objective selector to view and select Objectives, which are a grouping of KPIs according to a common goal.

You can use the single/multi-selection option in the KPI selectors and filters pane.

Do the following to select multiple entities:

For a consecutive group of entities, click on the first selection and then hold SHIFT on your keyboard as you select your last item.
For non-consecutive entities, press CTRL on your keyboard while you select each entity.

The performance data related to your selections displays in the workspace in the right pane. There are four main workspaces from which you can view charts and drill to more data:

Use the selectors, filters, and controls to modify the performance data displayed in the workspace. Use the breadcrumbs displayed at the top of the page to go back a level in your view.
