Access items in the results set

You can access any interaction, evaluation, or assessment from the results set for further handling.

Procedure

From the search results set or a folder results set, double-click the item you want to access.

The workspace displayed depends on the item you selected:
- Collections evaluations open in the DPA workspace.
- All other items open in the Interactions Review workspace.
