Assessors comparison reports

The Interactions reports include a set of calibration reports. These reports compare how different assessors in the organization assess the same contacts. In addition, the reports indicate which sections, questions, and categories different assessors handled most differently.

The Calibration reports are used to identify the following:

  • Which contacts need to be reviewed, by looking at the Calibration Report and locating contacts with the highest score standard deviation.

  • Which sections/questions/categories in an assessment need to be reviewed for these contacts. You can find these components by looking at the Calibration Report by Question and locating the sections/questions/categories with the highest score standard deviation.

Calibration reports workflow:

  1. The Calibration Moderator (user that orchestrates the Calibration process) defines in the Form Designer application a dedicated calibration assessment form.

The form must be assigned to all relevant assessors in the Assignment Manager application.

  2. The Calibration Moderator flags contacts with a dedicated calibration flag (a contact flag).

A calibration contact flag must be defined in the Flag Manager application. The flag and its corresponding folder must be assigned to all relevant assessors in the Assignment Manager application.

  3. From the flagged calibration folder, the assessors fill in calibration assessments for the flagged contacts.

  4. The Calibration Moderator runs the Calibration reports and identifies the contacts, assessments, and sections/questions/categories that have the highest score standard deviation.
