The Interactions application provides a set of folders used to organize interactions and evaluations.

Search

Contains evaluations performed by you or other users, on employees in your visibility. In addition, it includes your self-evaluations and evaluations performed on you by your direct evaluators.

All evaluations are pushed to this folder once they are submitted.

This folder is predefined in the system and is referred to as a Predefined View.

Assessments

Search

Contains assessments performed by you or other users, on contacts in your visibility.

If you are assigned the privilege to search for interactions outside your role scope, you can view all assessments in the folders.

All assessments are pushed to this folder once they are submitted.

This folder is predefined in the system and is referred to as a Predefined View.

Draft Assessments

Search

Contains assessments that you have saved as draft. Once the draft assessments are submitted, they no longer appear in this folder.

This folder is not required to be assigned to your group and role in the Assignment Manager. It is displayed only if you have the Assess privilege.

This folder is predefined in the system and is referred to as a Predefined View.

Draft Evaluations

Search

Contains evaluations that you have saved as drafts (including your saved self-evaluations). Once the draft evaluations are submitted, they no longer appear in this folder.

This folder is not required to be assigned to your group and role in the Assignment Manager. It is displayed only if you have the Evaluate privilege.

This folder is predefined in the system and is referred to as a Predefined View.

Flagged Contacts

Flag Folders

Contains contacts that have been flagged and that are in your visibility.

Once a contact is flagged, the contact is pushed to its corresponding flagged contacts folder. For example, a contact that was flagged with a Customer Complaints flag, is pushed to its corresponding Customer Complaints folder.

By default, the system provides the Customer Complaints flagged contacts folder. Other flagged contacts folders are automatically created in the system when the flag is created.

From the last 30 days (default), but can be modified in Enterprise Manager to up to 180 days

Flagged Evaluations

Flag Folders

Contains evaluations that have been flagged and that are in your visibility. The Forward to Employee folder contains only the evaluations that you flagged. Evaluations flagged by other evaluators are not pushed to your folder, even if you have visibility to the evaluations.

Once an evaluation is flagged, the evaluation is pushed to its corresponding flagged evaluations folder. For example, an evaluation that was flagged with a Require Attention flag, is pushed to its corresponding Require Attention folder.

By default, the system provides the Require Attention and Forward to Employee flagged evaluation folders. Other flagged evaluation folders are automatically created in the system when the flag is created.

Inbox

Inbox

Contains interactions in your visibility that you are required to evaluate to meet your weekly or monthly evaluation quota. Interactions are pushed to this folder by the lottery mechanism using a set of rules.

The Inbox is available for leaders only and not for employees.

My Evaluations

Flag Folders

Contains evaluations performed on you that were forwarded to you by your evaluator for your review.

Once your evaluator flags these evaluations with the Forward to Employee flag, they are pushed to this folder. The system creates this folder automatically when the first evaluation is pushed to it.

From the last 30 days (default), but can be modified in the Enterprise Manager to up to 180 days

My Interactions

Flag Folders

Contains interactions performed by you that were forwarded to you by your evaluator for your review.

Once your evaluator flags evaluations with the Forward to Employee flag, their related interactions are pushed to this folder. The system creates this folder automatically when the first interaction is pushed to it.

Self-Evaluations

Search

Contains evaluations that you performed on yourself.

Self-Evaluations folder is not required to be assigned to your group and role in the Assignment Manager. It is displayed only if you have the Evaluate Myself privilege.

This folder is predefined in the system and is referred to as a Predefined View.

From the last 30 days (default), but can be modified in the Enterprise Manager to up to 180 days

Employees only

Shared Inbox

 

Contains interactions pulled from a shared pool of interactions that is accessible by multiple Evaluators. The pool contains interactions that are required to be evaluated to meet the Shared Inbox weekly or monthly evaluation quota. Interactions are pushed to the shared pool by the lottery mechanism using a set of rules. You can only see one interaction at a time in the Shared Inbox, rather than the list of all interactions in the pool. You can only see interactions that are in your visibility.

Search

Contains evaluations that are in status Waiting for Review.

This folder is predefined in the system and is referred to as a Predefined View.

Search

Contains evaluations that are in status Evaluation Accepted.
