Real-time evaluations of non-recorded interactions
In certain scenarios, a form can be submitted for a real-time interaction that currently does not exist in the system.
For example, a form is submitted before the interaction and its wrap-up time ends; that is, before the interaction is recorded in the system. A form can also be submitted before the interaction exists in the system due to a delay in saving the recorded interaction in the database.
Results include the following:
-
A virtual interaction is created in the system that contains the interaction data, but does not contain audio, video, or screen.
-
The evaluation is attached to this virtual interaction (rather to the interaction you have evaluated).
-
The evaluation is pushed to the All Evaluations predefined view. This process can take a few minutes. It is not pushed to your Inbox.
-
The evaluation can now be searched for and opened, but you are unable to hear the call that you evaluated nor view its screen.
-
The evaluation appears in the related reports. By default, it takes up to 2.5 hours for the data to be visible in reports.
