Unassign a flag
Flags can be unassigned from contacts and evaluations. This action removes the flag from a contact/evaluation after which the contact/evaluation can no longer be searched for according to the removed flag.
This action however does not remove the contact/evaluation from the corresponding flagged folder. Items are removed from the flagged folder when the folder's retention period has passed. In addition, the contact/evaluation is still displayed as flagged in reports (unless the flag was removed within a few minutes after being assigned to it).
Before you begin
Verify that in the User Management application you have the privilege to remove contact flags and evaluation flags.
Procedure

Access the flagged folder corresponding to the flag you want to unassign.

Click the interaction related to the contact/evaluation for which you want to unassign the flag (or double-click the interaction to access it).

Clear the assigned flags you want to unassign and click OK.
