Workforce Management adapter APIs

There are two APIs for WFM adapters: the FIS API guide, and the Schedule History API.

FIS API

There are three separate APIs:

• Schedules API adds, updates, and retrieves schedules for employees in WFM.

• Adherence API retrieves adherence data for employees in WFM.

• Staffing API retrieves staffing data for queues in WFM.

Schedule History API

The Schedule History API retrieves Shifts, Shift Activities, and Unavailability Events for employees in WFM. There are three types of data available in the API: Base, All, and Previous.
