Move default queues to template organization

Move the default work queues from the root organization to the tenant template organization.

In a multi-tenant environment, generic work queues do not exist at the root organization level. Only one tenant at a time can use work queues during a specific time frame.

Procedure 

1. Go to Work Administration. Under Work Queues, select Settings.

2. Move all default work queues (QUEUE1 and QUEUE2) from the root organization to the Tenant template organization.
