Create Recorder Analytics Rules for a tenant

Set up Recorder Analytics Rules as part of the configuration of Identity Authentication and Fraud Detection (IAFD), Real-time Speech Analytics (RTSA), and Real-time Agent Assist (RTAA). After you assign a Recorder Analytics Rule to a particular tenant, the rule is available only to that tenant.

You assign a Recorder Analytics Rule to a particular tenant by specifying the tenant in the Tenant field of the Rule Settings screen when creating the Recorder Analytics Rule.

If you specify the wrong tenant, and then click the Save Changes icon on the Rule Settings screen, you cannot change the Tenant assigned to the rule. In this scenario, delete the Recorder Analytics Rule that specifies the wrong tenant, and create a new Recorder Analytics Rule from the beginning that specifies the correct tenant.
