Verify transcription server resources

Verify that you have enough transcription server resources for the new tenant.

Procedure 

1. Verify that the Speech Analytics Transcription Server resources are sized based on the estimated hours of audio processed every day according to the specific language/vocabulary combination.

   • Each tenant requires special language modifications. Create a separate transcription cluster for each tenant.

2. Ensure that enough Speech Analytics Transcription Server resources are deployed to handle the expected volume. These resources are based on the total call volume (in audio hours) per day for each language/vocabulary combination.

   Note the following:

   • Refer to the Performance & Sizing Guide.

   • The total number of hours supported by each server in the cluster determines the total number of hours that an individual cluster can processed by .

   • The Speech Analytics Transcription Servers consist of mixed transcription server sizes.

   • It is recommended to deploy at least two transcription servers for each cluster. This limited number ensures that there is a level of failover and continuity in the cluster, in case one server fails.
