My Performance: Drill to Best KPI Interactions

Use the Best KPI Interactions control in KPI View on the Performance page to drill to your best KPI interactions. These are your “best” interactions in the selected time range for this specific KPI. For example, the Average Handle Time KPI will bring up your shortest interactions in the selected time period. You must have View Quality Monitoring Interactions privileges for the Best KPI Interactions icon to display.

Procedure 

1. Click the Best KPI Interactions control to view your best interactions.

2. When you are finished viewing the best interactions, close the Interactions page to return to the Explore Performance page.
