View Coaching and eLearning table
You can view information on coaching sessions and eLearning lessons for a single employee in the Coaching and eLearning table on the Explore Performance page. You must have View Manage Coaching privileges to view Coaching sessions. You must have View Lesson History privileges to view eLearning lessons.
Procedure

Select a Time period in the left selection pane.

Select a single Employee in the left selection pane.

Select Coaching or eLearning. The most recent, previous 10 sessions or lessons from the date selected display. Scroll to view previous sessions or lessons.
Coaching sessions can have the following status:

Pending — Date displayed is date coaching session was created

Meeting Scheduled — Date displayed is date coaching session is scheduled

Coached — Date displayed is date coaching session is scheduled

Awaiting Employee Feedback — Date displayed is date coaching session is scheduled

Await Coach Follow Up — Date displayed is date coaching session is scheduled

Completed — Date displayed is date coaching session was completed
eLearning lessons can have the following status:

Not Started — Date displayed is date lesson is available

In progress — Refers to a lesson as it is being taken; date displayed is date lesson was started

Done — Refers to a completed non-scored lesson; date displayed is date lesson was completed

Passed — Refers to a completed scored lesson; date displayed is date lesson was completed

Failed — Refers to a lesson completed with a score less than the passing score; date displayed is date lesson was completed
