Search Results panel
The columns displayed to you for search results and the actions that you can perform depend on the type of search executed and your role privileges. Your administrator assigns your privileges in User Management.
Use the following items, available at the top of the search results, for the operation indicated:

Copy one or more interactions to a case. Displayed when the 2021R1 - Legal Hold feature is in use. |

Add the recorded voice for the selected interaction to a voiceprint model. Unavailable when you have more than one interaction selected. |

Add one or more interactions to a recycle bin. A recycle bin queues interactions for deletion after the days until deletion configured for the recycle bin expire. Visible when your role permissions provide access to recycle bins. |
