Configure the Ingestion Web Service

Configure the Ingestion Web Service role, setting the tuning parameters for optimal performance.

Procedure 

1. In Enterprise Manager, navigate to System Management > Enterprise > Settings.

2. Expand the Text Capture node under Installations and select the Recorder Ingestion Web Service role.

3. Under Tuning Parameters, set:

   • Max Simultaneous Connections to 20

   • Max calls per minute to 2400

   This rate will allow 144,000 (2400 * 60) conversations to be ingested per hour.

4. Under Ingestion Web Service Connectivity, enter the HTTP Port for the Ingestion Web Service.
