Text Analytics language models

Field engineers and customers must get the text language models licensed in their deployments by sending an email to Customer Analytics Enablement with the required information. Depending on the size and complexity of the language model, the turnaround time for each model is up to five business days. After obtaining the language model, you can download and distribute it once Text Analytics is installed.

The email must include the following information:

• Customer name

• Customer line of business

• Analytics model type: Text Analytics

• Language and vocabulary

• If text language model has been customized previously? Yes or No
