Copy CA certificates for TAS servers

Copy the P12 and the root CA certificates on the TAS Management server. Make sure that you rename the root CA certificate as ca.pem before you copy them.

If the WFO is already signed with a certificate, you must provide your own P12 and ca.pem certificates according to the root CA. Both the WFO and TAS servers must have the same root CA.
