DPA Ports and protocols

All communication between the Desktop and Process Analytics clients and server are client initiated and run over port 80/443.

Port 80/443 traffic is authenticated through an encoded header. The authenticated header is encrypted using public and private keys (private on server, public on client).

Consult appropriate recorder documentation for ports connecting to respective IS or Ultra recorder systems.
