Standby EDM Capture module |

A second EDM Capture module on warm standby. It is configured the same as the main EDM module (Recorder). After a conversation is ingested, the Conversocial Polling Adapter on the active Capture module sends a watermark notification to the standby module. The watermark provides information that keeps the main and standby EDM Capture modules synchronized. |
