Select no campaign for schedules
To generate, view, or update schedules, you can decide not to select a specific campaign and scheduling period. In No Campaign mode, you can select specific dates, up to a maximum of 53 weeks, and the employees for whom you want to work with schedules.
Before you begin
To manually refresh the employee list on the schedule when changing dates, from View, turn off the toggle, Auto refresh filtered employees. By default, the system automatically refreshes the employee list when performing these actions. When this option is not selected, after changing dates, select the employees you want and select Apply.
Procedure

Go to Forecasting and Scheduling. Under Calendar, select Calendar.

From the left pane, select Campaign, and select No Campaign.
To pin the left pane, select the pin icon in the right corner of the pane.

From Dates:

To select a predefined time frame (such as Today, Tomorrow, and Next Week), from Period, select the time frame you want.
The system automatically updates the Start and End fields according to your selection.

To select a specific date range, select Custom and set the date range you want in the Start and End fields, up to a maximum of 53 weeks.

From Employees, select the employees you want.
You can select an existing employee filter or create a new one. You can sort employees by name, and select one, multiple or all employees.
To search for employees, in the Search field above the employee filter, enter a search string. The system highlights any matched strings under Employees. To view any matches, expand the relevant list. If there are no matches, no strings are highlighted.
When you drill down to the schedule for a single employee, the schedule in shown in pages of 6 weeks. Use the page controls to select the 6 week period to view.

Select Apply.
The relevant scheduling and adherence data appears, according to the parameters you selected, and user privileges.
