Pool configurations

Column	Description
Name	Name of the pool.
Description	Description of the pool. The maximum length is limited to 255 characters.
Pool type	Pool options are as follows: Working - All working shift events that you have permission to view are listed in the Activities drop-down. Non-Working - All non-working shift events and calendar events that you have permission to see are listed in the Activities drop-down.
Activities	Activities connected to the pool. You can select multiple activities. The Activities are dependent on pool type. If you select pool type as Working, then all working shift events that you have permission to view will be available for selection in activities. If you select non-working, you can select from One or more Non-working shift events or calendar events. Default allocation value - The default value that is updated for all intervals in the pool.
Interval	Time interval (15 mins, 30 mins, or 1 hour).
Allocation Units	Unit for the pool. Currently, only Number of employees option is available. For example, with this selection, if you allocate a value 10 to an interval, it means that 10 people can have that activity scheduled during that interval.
Default Allocation Value	The value across all intervals in the pool.
Timezone	A list of time zones and all the time zones that are available in WFM timezone preferences are available for selection.
Day Boundary	Last date and time the request was updated.
Hours of operation	Hours of operation per day.
