Zoom Meetings application data source settings
The data source settings provide connection information for the integration.

Name |
Enter a name for the Data Source. |

Enter a description of the Data Source (optional). |

Time Zone |
Select the correct Time Zone from the list box. |
|
Default Text Language |
The default language assigned to text interactions if the language is not provided by the text source. |

Proxy Settings |
When the customer has a proxy host for their Amazon Connect, Ring Central RingEx, Zoom Meetings, or Zoom Phone systems, in the Proxy Settings section, configure the following:

Default Employee |
Specify the employee to be associated to any interaction that is not mapped to any employees. See the Online Help for more details. |

Local Time Tagging Mode |
To base tagging on the organization, select Organization. This approach is useful in scenarios where agents are working in different regions, allowing you to unify tagging across multiple time zones. To base tagging on the time zone specified previously, select Data Source. |

Associated Interaction Capture Installations |
Select a node with the Interaction Capture role. In a redundant environment, the secondary node is automatically selected. |
