Standard attributes
Attributes are meta data from Zoom Meetings for an interaction. A standard attribute is available on the adapter, but not captured in the Verint database. After you have mapped a standard attribute to a custom field, you can use the attribute in capture rules and reports.
The following standard attributes are supported for Zoom Meetings.
