Export DPA System State

DPA system administrators can export a system state snapshot for troubleshooting purposes.

What is Exported?

Item	Description
Computer file versions	A list of DPA monitored desktop machines and the file versions they contain.
User configuration versions	List of DPA users, their organizational membership, and trigger versions. Includes the last known user on each DPA monitored machine.
System file versions	List of server side DPA files and their versions.
Screen library	Images and data files.

Procedure 

1. Navigate to HOME and then select My DPA.

2. Expand the System Status area.

3. Select Include Screen Library to include captured screens.

4. Click Export System State.

5. Save the system state zip file in a desired location.
