Verify User Versions
When the System Status messages notify that users are not on the current version, it can mean that the users have not logged in recently. If you expect the majority of current users to be logging in, check the users list to see which users have not logged in and therefore are not using the latest definitions.

Default Configuration Version |
The version of the default configuration profile used last time the user was logged on. One default configuration version applies to all current users. |

The version number of the currently assigned user’s configuration profile. |
Procedure

Go to System and then select Users.

Click on the column headings to sort and view the configuration versions for each user.
Users with older configuration versions have not logged on since new definitions were configured.
