Connect to Application Server

Connect to the Application Server or to the Application Server’s load balancer, with the language model to boost.

Before you begin 

• Optional: Change application to connect mode

• Make sure you have the necessary privileges to access the WFO system

Procedure 

1. Open the Phonetics Boosting Application from your desktop.

2. In the Application Server field, type the fully-qualified domain name (FQDN) of the Application Server in the WFO system to connect to.

3. If the WFO system is secured, select Use SSL.

4. Click Connect.

5. Enter your login credentials, and click Go.
