Send Project to the Support team

To integrate the changes into the language model, send the project to the Support team by opening a support ticket with the project file and details. The new terms or phrases are effective only after they have been incorporated into your language model.

Depending on the size of the language model, it may take up to one week to receive the updated version. You will receive an email notification when the language model is ready, with the details of the FTP site from which to download the file.

Before you begin 

Add terms and phrases to project (Standalone mode) OR Import terms and phrases into project (Standalone mode)

Procedure 

1. Open a support ticket, attaching the updated .pbp file.
