Transcription Fetch

After an interaction ends, you can fetch the real-time transcription via an API call. In the API call, you can filter the request by interaction ID, by one of three pre-configured custom attributes, or by providing a list of recently available transcriptions.

The transcription is cached for approximately 24 hours from the time of creation and can only be fetched within this period.
