Prerequisites

To use the Face-to-Face Interaction Recorder API, there are some compulsory prerequisites to complete:

• The Face-to-Face Interaction Recorder application must be running on the desktop.

• A microphone, a speaker, or both must be plugged in to the computer.

• Port 29177 must be open for internal communication and only accessed by the Face-to-Face Interaction Recorder desktop service.

• If you want to use the API to start and stop After Call Work, you must configure the After Call Work setting for the Face-to-Face Interaction Recorder application.
