The Overall Status information on the Overview dashboard provides a summary of Capture Verification results and trends.

Description

Total calls

Total number of call segments processed by Automated Verification.

Calls with issues

Total number of call or recording segments with recording issues. Includes:

  • Recordings that are not compliant with policy

  • Voice quality issues

  • Recorder services issues, if the system is licensed for the services and the related SLI targets are enabled under Configuration

Calls with major / critical issues

Total number of call or recording segments with major or critical recording issues. The number is a subset of Calls with issues.

Call volume and trend

Each mini graph shows the volume of calls between the first and last entries in a category over the selected time frame.

Typically, the mini graphs cover different portions of time within the time frame and do not align. The volume of Calls with major or critical issues is a subset of Calls with issues so the Calls with major or critical issues mini graph covers only the period of time when severe issues occur.

The mini graph color and arrow indicate trend:

  • If the number of Calls with issues or Calls with major or critical issues increases, the trend is red and the arrow points up.

  • If the number decreases, the trend is green and the arrow points down.

To calculate trend direction, Automated Verification compares the first and last entry in each category over the selected time frame.
