Confirm the TCP/IP service is enabled

Verify that the TCP/IP service is enabled by accessing the coherence logs.

Procedure 

  1. Open the coherence log located at %IMPACT360DATADIR%Logs\ProductionServer\Coherence.log.

  2. In the coherence log, search for the message IpMonitor is disabled. If this message is not found, IP monitoring is enabled.
